AGTAP LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company ("AgTap," "we," "us"), makes farm-operations software. This policy explains what information we collect through the AgTap apps and agtap.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to write it the way we'd want it explained to us.
The short version — our farm-data promise:
🌾 Your farm data is yours. We don't sell it. We don't share it with input suppliers, insurers, lenders, or landlords. We don't run ads. We use your data to run the app for you — that's it.
We do not sell personal information or farm data, share it with third parties for their marketing, or use it for advertising.
AgTap runs on a small set of infrastructure providers. They process data only to provide their service to us:

We do not process payments inside the AgTap apps. If paid plans are offered, payment will be handled on agtap.com by a payment processor, and this policy will be updated to name it before that happens.
When you create a share link, crew link, or QR asset tag, the content behind it is visible to anyone who has the link — that's the point of the feature. Most links and QR stickers stay active until you delete them; links to live watering status expire after 24 hours. You can delete a link at any time from the app, which turns it off for everyone. Don't put anything in a share link you wouldn't want the recipient to pass along.
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to your data is enforced by server-side security rules — your farm data is readable only by your account and the people you explicitly share with. No system is perfectly secure, but security is a design priority, and we audit our access rules.
The Service is for adults running farm operations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU GDPR). AgTap gives these to every user regardless of location: email help@agtap.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
If we make material changes, we'll give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
